I just wanted to let you know that I finished your book today and thought it was an AMAZING read! I work in the area and am always coming up off the subway in front of the Fuller "Flatiron" Building, and have wondered about it. Mostly why all the tour groups stop to take pictures; why is it still a marvel after all this time and all these other buildings that have been erected. I now know, and have to tell you how wonderful it was to also read about the neighborhood surrounding the building, and other buildings that Harry Black was responsible for. Thank you so much for all your work. I hope this isn't the only book on NYC history that you write. Peter
Thanks Peter. I love hearing from readers! Hope you can make it to one of my book events.
